I met my husband, Teddy, in a sushi bar in San Francisco while I was on a two-day layover on a trip from Beijing to my home in Fort Worth.
That was back in 2011. In the years since, I have had more fun and adventure than all the rest put together. Teddy moved to Texas in 2015, and we married here in 2018.
We’ve had some fun on both of the coasts and in the big cities. Lately, circumstances have pulled us to destinations in the middle of the country, and we’ve loved what we’ve found.
Oklahoma. Kansas. Arkansas. Far West Texas. There, we’ve found lovely people, great food, and a good glass or two of wine.
My hope is that you’ll find some good stories here, whether you’re an intrepid traveler or not. If you’ve got some of your own to add, I’d love to hear from you.
